Lash Appointment Reminders
It is recommended that contact lenses are not worn during lash applications.
Do not wear eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, etc. to your appointment, as makeup residue will prevent your lash application from properly adhering.
Satisfaction Policy
If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform Local Lash as soon as possible. We can address most issues within two (2) days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. My work can not be guaranteed if you are not using Local Lash foam wash as it is properly formulated for lash use.
I do not offer refunds or returns for services rendered.
DEPOSIT POLICY
$25 deposit secures your lash appointment. This deposit will be applied to the purchase of your full set at the time of your appointment.
This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Late Arrivals
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
Guests arriving late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
If a client decides to no show it is unlikely they will be able to book future appointments.
Location Information
Parking is available in the lot and in the driveway. The building does not have an elevator, Local Lash is located on the third floor. Please note the building is cat friendly, and there may be cats in the hallway, and/or stairwell. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment unless approved ♡
